I Know it has been a Minute!!!

I truly cannot believe how time flies, the last time I was on my blog I was telling you how I was expecting & now I have been a mom for one month to the day.  I am so blessed to have been allowed to have this opportunity.  I am so ready for the journey ahead & I hope you will join me.  Thank you for staying tuned & I will do my best to stay updated and current!!!

We are Expecting!!!!!

My husband & I are truly blessed and excited about this journey that we are embarking on. We cannot wait until the baby is here.  It is such an exciting time and also a trying one.  There is so much to do and so much to buy.   I do not have a problem with the shopping part at all :)  All we expect is for a healthy baby and healthy mommy (it sounds weird even saying that).  So much to do and so little time. 

I'm back....

I know it has been a long time coming, but I am back.   Life has just been happening and I have been so busy lately.   I hope you are ready because I have a lot of posting to do. So stay tuned!!!!!

It's after Christmas Time...

Hope everyone has enjoyed their holiday....So who is ready to go shopping???? I really want to get out there, but I have been under the weather for a few days now.  I may have to do some online shopping. :)  So far, macys.com & asos.com have sent me sales updates on my phone so definitely check them out as will I.  Now it's time to break into the New Year.  I am so ready for 2013, this is really going to determine my success I am trying some bold and new things.  As things get closer I will let you in on what I am talking about, stay tuned....

15 days away from Christmas!!!!

Can you believe it??? There are only 15 more days until Christmas.  I am so not ready, but I will be soon.  Make sure that you spend time with the ones you love.  I will be doing so as well.

Hope everyone has a happy thanksgiving and enjoys their time with the family.  Definitely let people, in your life, know that you are thankful for them.   Don't take it for granted and think that they already know, it is always nice to hear.  Please also do not forget about the ones that are less fortunate than you and try to do something kind for someone that you don't know!!!  Enjoy the day and eat lots of turkey.....

The world is filled with beautiful people and they come in all shapes, sizes, colors & backgrounds.  Please remember that no one is perfect and the minute that you forget that, you challenge your beauty.  I believe that beauty is an internal thing.  When you are genuine, happy and truly caring there is nothing more beautiful.  It does not matter how small your waist, how long your hair (weave or not) or how gorgeous your clothes...that does not make you beautiful.  Try a big and bright smile on your face and a stellar attitude, that is beauty!!!
